Ergonomic Mice

I have a 3M ergonomic mouse is wireless, but do not have a USB chip to receive the signal. Can I still use the mouse in any way, the correct USB receiver. I also have a built-in Bluetooth system in my computer so I hope that maybe one solution could be present. You may not use the mouse to work without a signal receiver.You to your local dealer to ask for the recipient, if the mouse had a receiver, so I doubt if it will work with Bluetooth on your computer. The only way you can use the mouse with USB receiver.
